About this programme
This certification teaches practitioners how to administer and interpret the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory, a statistically-validated assessment designed to help individuals and organizations identify inclusion strengths and development areas. Participants learn to guide learners through their IBI results and translate insights into behavioral changes that foster more inclusive workplaces. The programme provides an accessible framework and foundational language for discussing inclusion, enabling practitioners to help individuals, teams, and organizations take tangible steps toward sustainable inclusive practices. Certification holders gain one-year access to a Community of Practice that includes a Slack channel, dedicated support, and live learning sessions where practitioners exchange facilitation strategies and share innovative applications of the tool. The certification is valid for one year and qualifies toward both SHRM and ICF credential renewal requirements.
