About this programme
The EIQ-2 Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Certification teaches coaches and trainers to assess and apply emotional intelligence in their professional practice using the EIQ-2 assessment tool. The programme covers foundational concepts including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management, supported by materials on brain function and emotional processing. Participants complete their own EIQ-2 assessment and receive a personalized report debrief, then study the debriefing methodology and trainer resources needed to deliver assessments to clients. The certification includes a final call with a Coach Mentor to demonstrate competency in interpreting EIQ-2 reports and integrating the tool into coaching or training delivery. Participants also receive 10 assessments to use internally or resell, helping offset the investment while building capability in their business.
