About this programme
This programme combines somatic coaching practice with the Enneagram framework, using Polyvagal Theory to understand how the nervous system shapes perception and coaching responses. Led by Brian Mitchell-Walker and Devon Carter, both PCC credentialled coaches with advanced training in somatic work and Enneagram studies, the course develops coaches' ability to recognize embodied patterns in clients and work skillfully with sensory-based awareness and nervous system regulation. Participants learn to identify how the three centers (body, heart, mind) become engaged or disengaged in clients, and develop techniques to support shifts in habitual responses through embodied coaching presence. The programme integrates ICF Core Competencies throughout, showing coaches how to embody professional standards while working with somatic and Enneagram material. The course includes direct coaching practice, meditations, and small group work designed to deepen coaches' own embodied awareness as a foundation for this specialized practice.
