About this programme
Benchmark Consulting's Mastering Team Coaching programme develops internal coaches to help teams achieve their goals through a Knowing-Doing-Being approach that engages body, mind, and spirit. The curriculum covers team fundamentals, high-performing team foundations, team models and frameworks, ICF Core Competencies, powerful questioning, facilitation techniques, psychological safety, conflict management, team diversity, contracting, team coaching tools, and results evaluation. Participants work with ICF mentor-coaches during a practical internship phase where they deliver sessions with real client teams and receive recorded feedback on their coaching practice. The programme is specifically designed to meet the education and supervision requirements for ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. Benchmark Consulting draws on two decades of experience working with culturally diverse senior executives and teams across the Asia-Pacific, US, and European regions.
