About this programme
Launching a professional mentor coaching practice under the ICF’s enhanced standards requires hands-on capability, not just theoretical study. The BESTPRO Academy Advanced Mentor Coach Training is an intensive, practice-based program designed for credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) building a high-impact mentor coaching practice and earning their ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) designation. Developed and led by Prof. Dr. Betül Saf, MCC, the curriculum goes beyond administrative rules to cultivate the observational presence, evaluation mastery, and professional confidence needed to mentor and guide developing coaches.
Grounded in our proprietary Enhanced Mentor Coaching (EMC) Dual-Track Model, the program prioritizes immersive, experiential learning. At the heart of the training are supervised Capstone Projects, where you conduct full end-to-end mentor coaching engagements—from intake to marker-based session analysis, SOF/CRF documentation, and attestation—with real-time feedback and mentoring-on-mentoring. To fit your depth of practice, the program is offered in two tracks: a 44-hour Core Track (featuring 1 Capstone project) and a 60-hour Mastery Track (featuring 2 Capstone projects for expanded client scenarios). Equipped with our 40-instrument BESTPRO Advanced MCS Toolkit, you leave with the live experience and operational assets needed to lead a compliant, highly effective practice.
