About this programme
The 3 Brains Intelligence Fundamentals Training teaches coaches to recognize and work with three neural networks—Head (thinking), Heart (feeling), and Gut (acting)—based on the premise that sustainable change requires alignment across all three systems. The program covers the evolutionary purpose and neurobiological mechanisms of each brain, including how emotional memories, stress triggers, and the 12 Inner Protectors form through early experience and create patterns of conflict. Coaches learn to identify which neural network dominates in their clients through language patterns and communication style, then apply practical techniques to foster coherence and reduce neurobiological triggers. The training draws on clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic therapy, and psychotherapy frameworks developed by Christoffel Sneijders, whose work has worked with over 10,000 individuals. Coaches gain concrete skills in self-management, active listening, trust-building, and decision-making that integrate logic, emotion, and instinct into a coherent coaching resource.
