About this programme
The Birkman Method Certification teaches coaches to apply The Birkman Method assessment tool for individual and organizational performance coaching. The programme centres on the Birkman Signature Report and nine underlying components—Social Energy, Physical Energy, Emotional Energy, Self-Consciousness, Assertiveness, Insistence, Incentives, Restlessness, and Thought—showing how these dimensions drive behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Participants develop skills in interpreting Birkman data, conducting coaching conversations grounded in assessment insights, and delivering feedback in both individual and team settings. The curriculum combines self-directed eLearning, a personalized debrief of participants' own reports, and interactive workshop learning that includes case study analysis, scenario evaluation, and practice coaching exchanges. Upon completion, certified professionals gain access to a consultant-only learning portal and a library of over 50 specialized reports beyond the Signature assessment.
