About this programme
The Life Orientation (LIFO) Certification Program, delivered by Business Consultants Inc., teaches coaches how to use the LIFO strength-based behavioral science system to facilitate self-understanding, improve relationships, and enhance individual and team performance. The virtual blended format includes case studies, interactive games, and practical exercises led by a senior LIFO Master Trainer, preparing participants to administer and interpret the LIFO profile competently within their organizations. Coaches learn the definitions and characteristics of four behavioral orientations, develop skills in setting up and administering assessments, and master the six core LIFO strategies for coaching clients through personalized development plans. Upon completion, practitioners gain access to LIFO survey tools, workbooks, facilitation guides, and marketing materials through a dedicated practitioner portal. The program includes dedicated digital marketing support and connection to a global network of LIFO practitioners, enabling coaches to integrate this methodology into their practice.
