About this programme
Coaching Below the Surface is a 38-hour ICF-approved certification programme delivered by LaTonya Wilkins, founder of Change Coaches and author of Leading Below the Surface. The programme develops coaching presence, emotional strength, and trust by working at the level of identity and values rather than surface symptoms, on the premise that coaching and leadership competencies are fundamentally the same. Participants learn to support deeper transformation in clients by building the groundedness and connection needed to access what actually drives change. The programme is designed for coaches and leaders seeking to develop authentic presence and the capacity to create psychological safety in their work. Optional mentor coaching of ten hours is available for those working toward ICF credentials.

- Mentor Coaching + Real-Time Feedback: Practice the model in the container. Feedback happens in the room, with care and rigor. Optional ten hours of mentor coaching available for ICF credential seekers.

- Curated Intentional Cohorts + Networking: Small and intentional cohorts where people you learn with matter.
- Always Staying Below the Surface: Works at the level of who you are — your values, your leadership identity, your groundedness under pressure.
- Where Coaching and Leadership Develop Together: A space where both deepen simultaneously, because the competencies that make a great coach are the same ones that make a great leader.
