About this programme
ChangeWise's Leadership Agility 360 Certification Program trains coaches and development professionals to administer and interpret the Leadership Agility 360 assessment tool, a validated instrument measuring leadership effectiveness across three domains: leading organizational change, leading teams, and pivotal conversations. The program combines pre-work readings and videos with interactive virtual workshops covering the Leadership Agility framework, facilitation techniques, and report debriefing, supplemented by small-group support sessions and a practical application phase where participants work with two clients before certification review. Faculty members bring substantial expertise, including Bill Joiner, who co-developed the instrument over 40 years as an organizational development consultant, and Debra Whitestone and Ady Dike, each with decades of enterprise change leadership experience. Participants receive comprehensive materials including a technical manual with validation results, a development planner and debrief workbook for client use, access to an alumni support portal, and one complimentary 360 assessment. The assessment itself is scientifically validated and available in nine languages, identifying where leaders operate along three agility levels and providing behaviorally specific roadmaps for development through actionable reports that capture specific mindset and behavior shifts.
