About this programme
CINERGY Conflict Management Coaching trains coaches to help clients navigate interpersonal disputes using an evidence-based seven-stage model grounded in coaching, neuroscience, and conflict management research. The program covers ethical guidelines and standards for this specialization, along with practical considerations for coaching individuals across three distinct scenarios: anticipated disputes, conflicts in progress, and disputes that have already occurred. Participants develop competency in applying the CINERGY model to strengthen general conflict management skills, particularly for workplace settings and new managers, and learn how this coaching form complements mediation processes and conflict management training. Upon completion, graduates can pursue a Competency Assessment to become CINERGY Certified Conflict Management Coaches and gain access to an ongoing global community of practice that includes monthly resources and discussion forums.
