About this programme
Competency Masterclasses focus on deepening coaches' understanding of how ICF competencies function in real coaching interactions. Each session pairs structured discussion with a complete 20-minute demonstration coaching session, followed by debrief and reflection to connect the observed practice to specific competency markers. The programme is aligned to the 2025 ICF competency framework and addresses eight core competencies spanning ethical foundation, presence, listening, and client development. Coaches can integrate the masterclasses into their progression through ACC/PCC or MCC mentor coaching programmes, or pursue them as independent learning modules. By observing demonstration coaching in practice rather than theory alone, participants develop a clearer picture of competency application in authentic client scenarios.
