About this programme
This program prepares coaches for ICF certification by developing Master Certified Coach-level capacity over twelve weeks. Rather than relying on mentor coaching alone, it uses structured, process-oriented training to help coaches demonstrate the behavioral markers required for credentials. The curriculum focuses on core competencies including listening refinement, presence under pressure, evoking awareness without interpretation, and working within systems. Instructors Merci Miglino and Carol Kieth bring over 40 years of combined coaching experience and formal ICF training in Core Competencies and MCC standards. The program emphasizes coaching the person rather than the problem, building capacity through restraint, presence, and trust in emergence. Participants receive detailed feedback on recorded sessions from experienced MCC coaches alongside group mentor coaching throughout the twelve weeks.
