About this programme
Coach4Planet delivers a six-month coaching programme that integrates ecological literacy, systems thinking, and inner development to shift leaders toward regenerative decision-making. The curriculum moves through five distinct phases: establishing personal purpose as a regenerative coach, building understanding of climate and sustainability frameworks, cultivating inner transformation through nature-based learning, studying regeneration business models and practices, and developing coaching skills specifically for sustainability contexts. The programme draws on the Inner Development Goals framework and learning from natural systems to help coaches guide leaders and organisations toward long-term systemic change. Participants engage through a blend of synchronous online webinars, group mentoring, collaborative projects, and self-directed study. The programme is designed for certified ICF coaches seeking to align their practice with ecological and regenerative principles.
