About this programme
This program, delivered by Coaching for Justice Corporation, a non-profit founded in 2022, develops coaches' capacity to address diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging within their organizational coaching practice. Participants gain self-awareness around potential triggers when clients raise issues related to race, ethnicity, and gender, enabling them to respond with greater balance and confidence. The program uses a case-presentation model where coaches bring real situations from their own practice for collective examination and reflective dialogue with peers. Facilitated by a certified, experienced supervisor, the group supervision approach creates a dedicated space for coaches to develop ethical fitness in applying a social justice lens to their work. The program is grounded in Coaching for Justice Corporation's mission to make leadership coaching a vehicle for equitable and inclusive workplace cultures.
