About this programme
The Professional Certificate in Integral Generative Supervision prepares experienced coaches to become professional supervisors of individual and team coaches through grounding in both ICF and EMCC frameworks. The programme integrates systemic ontological and psychodynamic approaches, with particular attention to transference, defense mechanisms, and parallel processes in supervisor-supervisee relationships. Learning combines webinars, live demonstrations, peer practice, and observed practice, with participants conducting real supervision with their own clients and receiving their own supervisor throughout the programme. Each participant works with a dedicated tutor and engages in reflective journaling and group reflection between modules. Upon completion, participants are positioned to pursue EMCC accreditation as a supervisor. The programme is led by Sylviane Cannio and Ludmila Kostandova, experienced practitioners who have developed international coaching schools and bring expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and supporting leaders through organisational transitions.
