About this programme
This programme equips ICF-accredited coaches and executive coaches with emotional intelligence capabilities to guide clients and organizations through AI-driven transformation. The curriculum progresses systematically from individual self-awareness and emotional regulation through team dynamics and trust-building to organizational strategy and cultural change, grounded in neuroscience-based emotional intelligence frameworks. Participants use the GENOS assessment tool to develop their own emotional intelligence alongside learning practical coaching frameworks for supporting clients navigating uncertainty during technological transitions. The teaching draws on research-backed approaches to emotional dynamics and incorporates reflective exercises and peer coaching practice to build coaching competency. Faculty are senior partners at CoFuturum GmbH with recognized expertise in emotional intelligence in leadership contexts.
