About this programme
This certification program teaches professionals how to deliver Designing Your Life coaching using the methodologies developed at Stanford University by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. The curriculum covers all core DYL tools alongside select tools from Designing Your New Work Life, with instruction delivered through a flipped classroom model combining pre-recorded content with live sessions focused on real-world application and practice. The program is designed for life coaches, career coaches, career counselors, mental health professionals, and HR professionals who already hold relevant certification or substantial professional experience and are actively practicing in their field. Participants must complete both foundational DYL books and one prerequisite DYL workshop before enrolling. The certification qualifies coaches to work with individual clients and small groups of up to ten people, but does not permit commercial workshop delivery or trainer certification.
