About this programme
This certification programme teaches coaches to administer and interpret the three Hogan personality inventories: HPI, HDS, and MVPI. Participants learn to analyse 28 Hogan dimensions across three assessment perspectives—potential behaviour under normal conditions, risks in stressful situations, and values that drive organisational culture contribution. The workshop emphasises Hogan's assessment philosophy and helps coaches identify when each inventory is appropriate for client work, alongside practical feedback techniques including strategies for challenging situations such as executive feedback. Supervised case study exercises during the in-person component develop the ability to recognise distinctive patterns in Hogan profiles. Upon successful completion, participants receive lifelong worldwide certification authorising them to use all Hogan reports according to international standards, with access to monthly DOJO group exercises for one year to analyse complex profiles with peers. RELEVANT Managementberatung, led by Dr. René Kusch with over 15 years of Hogan experience, ensures all delivery follows international Hogan Assessment Systems standards.
