About this programme
Coaching High Performance Teams (CHPT) from Emerge Performance equips coaches, facilitators, and leaders to work with formal teams toward sustainable high performance using ICF Team Coaching Competencies and evidence-based frameworks. The programme develops practical skills including building psychological safety and trust, contracting with multiple stakeholders, diagnosing team dynamics, managing conflict, and selecting interventions based on coaching judgement. Learning integrates live facilitated sessions with self-paced e-learning and reflective assignments designed to connect theory directly to practice. Emerge Performance's faculty comprises ICF-credentialed coaches, supervisors, and organizational consultants grounded in performance psychology and coaching science. Individual modules can be taken separately or as a complete sequence, and the full programme satisfies the team-coaching education requirements for ICF ACTC credentials.
