About this programme
The Emergenetics Certification program trains coaches and organizational development professionals to use the Emergenetics Profile assessment as a tool for building self-awareness and improving communication, decision-making, and team dynamics. The program is grounded in the seven Thinking and Behavioral Attributes, a framework derived from psychometric data collected from over one million profile respondents with global norms reviewed biannually. Participants learn to debrief profiles with individuals and teams, facilitate introductory workshops, and apply Emergenetics principles to talent development initiatives and the assembly of cognitively diverse teams. The certification emphasizes understanding group dynamics and addressing team challenges through the lens of cognitive diversity, while also covering ethical considerations specific to the model. Participants gain practical experience working with profile groupings and develop competency in integrating Emergenetics into broader organizational and coaching contexts.
