About this programme
The EQ Dual Certification Program from EQ Strategists develops coaches' capacity to assess and facilitate emotional intelligence work with clients. Led by founder Dr. Summer Allen, the program teaches administration of the provider's proprietary EQ-GI assessment tools (individual or 360 format) and delivery of their framework-based workshops. The methodology draws on research that extends beyond conventional EQ models, focusing specifically on implicit triggers, past experiences, and proactive strategies to help clients transform challenges into growth opportunities. Participants complete independent learning activities between live virtual sessions to deepen their mastery of the tools and frameworks. The program results in dual credentials covering both assessment administration and workshop facilitation.
