About this programme

This continuing coach education programme develops competence in coaching team leaders and teams operating across diverse cultural contexts. It integrates ICF Core Competencies and Team Coaching Competencies with a Cultural Intelligence framework, addressing power dynamics, identity intersections, and ethical decision-making in multicultural settings. The programme is designed for professional coaches working with team systems and combines national culture as a primary analytical lens while examining gender and generational identity as intersecting dimensions. Learning draws on real-time practice, applied coaching work, and structured reflection to build professional confidence. Faculty are Master Certified Coaches with global coaching experience and intercultural expertise who emphasize research-informed practice and rigorous alignment with ICF standards and the ICF Code of Ethics.
