About this programme
Navigator Intensive is an advanced coaching programme for experienced practitioners who encounter situations where standard competency frameworks prove insufficient. The curriculum addresses specific high-stakes scenarios including shifting agreements, extended silences, autonomy challenges, and ethically or culturally complex dynamics. The programme is grounded in The Frame and The Flow: Coaching at the Speed of Humanity and develops coaches' capacity to strengthen presence, discernment, ethical awareness, and cultural responsiveness through embodied practice. Learning is delivered through practice-based labs, real coaching session analysis, guided reflection with developmental feedback, and structured peer practice. Participants complete a Capstone Integration Project and gain access to individual mentor coaching and supervision alongside 90-day recording access and an alumni community.
