About this programme
This certification trains experienced coaches and leadership development practitioners to use the Leadership Mindset Indicator, an assessment tool built on 50 years of empirical research in vertical development theory. The LMI identifies a leader's mindset range through sentence stem completion exercises combined with online reflection and coaching debrief options. Participants develop competence in vertical development frameworks, LMI scoring methodology, and coaching approaches for debriefing results with individuals and teams. The programme grounds practitioners in how vertical development theory manifests in real leadership contexts and includes access to an ongoing community of practice with thought leaders in the field. Coaches become licensed to use the VMI assessment and Adeption platform to integrate vertical mindset development into their coaching practice. An optional add-on module equips facilitators with resources and structured processes for applying LMI results with teams and groups.
