About this programme
This programme teaches The Coaching Mastery Method™, a five-level framework integrating somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, and unconscious dimensions of change. Designed by Alyssa Nobriga, a licensed psychotherapist with 18 years of experience, the method combines evidence-based coaching with trauma-informed practices and incorporates both modern and ancient techniques that blend strategy with heart-based intuitive processes. The curriculum was developed with accredited ICF coaches and experienced designers, and is grounded in anti-racist practices and principles of equity to support BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and coaches of all abilities and backgrounds. Beyond coaching skills development, the programme includes a dedicated business mastery component in its second half, helping coaches build sustainable practices tailored to their unique offerings. Students receive ongoing mentorship throughout the year and participate in weekly practice partnerships with peers to apply coaching tools in real time.
