About this programme
MCC Master Classes develops artistry, presence, and systemic insight in experienced coaches through a curriculum that weaves reflective practice with applied tools across fourteen distinct coaching dimensions. Each master class explores a specific competency area—from active listening and coaching mindset to cultural intelligence, gestalt approaches, metaphor work, and body-centred awareness—anchored to ICF core competencies and the MCC BARS framework. The programme emphasises the integration of theory, research, and practical application, enabling coaches to deepen their understanding of client dynamics, ethical decision-making, and professional resilience. Seasoned coaches, including those holding ACC, EMCC, and BPS credentials, benefit from instruction by internationally recognised faculty and engagement with a geographically diverse peer group. Delivery combines flexibility through online and immersive retreat formats, allowing participants to choose learning environments that suit their needs.
