About this programme
This programme prepares experienced coaches to mentor others working toward ICF credentials by developing their ability to observe coaching sessions, identify strengths and development areas mapped to the competencies, and deliver constructive feedback aligned with ACC, PCC and MCC standards. Participants learn to interpret the 2025 ICF Core Competencies and credentialing requirements, facilitate conversations that accelerate professional growth, and handle challenge and difficult moments within mentor coaching relationships. The curriculum integrates systemic, relational and reflective approaches, emphasising not only technical competence against standards but also thoughtful, ethical practice that deepens coaches' presence, listening and partnership with clients. Assessment combines reflective practice with observations of live mentor coaching interactions, ensuring participants develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skill in supporting other coaches' development.
