About this programme
This advanced certification trains experienced coaches to facilitate and lead Power Tools for Living Workshops independently under license from Accomplishment Coaching. The program develops core workshop leadership competencies including enrollment mastery, storytelling techniques, and facilitation skills, alongside in-depth training in PTL content areas such as essence work, life purpose discovery, project design, and support structures. Participants engage with Accomplishment Coaching's ontological coaching approach, which emphasizes both rigorous skill development and relational presence. The curriculum combines weekly live training, self-directed study in workshop marketing and presentation, and structured practice with feedback from experienced workshop leaders. Upon completion, graduates receive a license to conduct their own PTL Workshops and gain credentials in coaching impact demonstration and community engagement.
