About this programme
Accomplishment Coaching's Leadership Development Program is a four-tier continuing education sequence for graduate coaches that progresses from foundational coaching practice through solo practice leadership to managing multiple teams and constituencies. The program uses 290 ontological tools and distinctions drawn from Accomplishment Coaching's 12-month Coach Training Program, delivered through monthly training calls that ground coaches in ICF Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics. Participants advance through Program Coach 1 and 2 levels before moving into Leader in Training 1 and 2, each tier building coaching capability and leadership expression with increasing organizational complexity. The structure combines direct coaching practice through paid client contracts, ongoing mentoring from PCC and MCC credentialed coaches, and sustained access to the full training curriculum. This approach is designed to develop coaches who can both deepen their individual practice and eventually lead coaching teams and programs.
