About this programme
This three-day workshop from Clutterbuck Coaching & Mentoring International prepares coaches and line managers to work effectively at executive level by addressing both individual development and the organisational systems that influence executives. The programme covers decision-making patterns in executives, advanced listening and core coaching competencies, strategies for addressing common executive derailers such as imposter syndrome, and approaches to support strategic thinking. It is designed for participants with some prior coaching exposure who want to develop executive coaching skills, including those sponsoring coaching initiatives. The workshop emphasises substantial practice time and concludes with participants building a personalised coach development plan specific to executive coaching contexts. CCMI's approach is grounded in research and evidence-based practice, led by Prof David Clutterbuck, a founding figure in developmental mentoring and coaching who has been instrumental in establishing professional standards in the field.
